Abdur Rashid Lone, the PDP worker and resident of Khanpora Baramulla, was fired at by some unknown gunmen on Wednesday night when he was returning from a local Masjid after offering late-night prayers. Lone and his cousin were injured in the attack. Talking to Greater Kashmir, locals asked: “Why have so many persons been arrested in connection with the attack? The families of those detained are in distress.
